District II Villa Renovation

Full renovation, extension and modernization of a villa building in District II (complete electrical and mechanical system overhaul). The project included demolition and construction work, façade renewal, replacement of windows and doors, and a complete renewal of the mechanical and electrical systems. Modern technical solutions were carefully adapted to the existing architectural character, and the elegant, historic interiors were reimagined.
