Downtown Apartment Renovation

Commissioned by a foreign couple, this project transformed a 180 m² apartment in the city centre, including wall removals, a complete rewiring of the electrical network, new flooring (chevron-pattern parquet and tiling), plaster stucco work, a built-in plasterboard storage wall, and a full renovation of the façade and interior windows and doors. The goal was to create a home that could also serve as a space for displaying art, while remaining fully livable.
